New Tenants Announced for The Crossroads at Independence
K38 Baja Grill and Fleet Feet highlight several new lease commitments at The Crossroads at Independence, Live Oak Development Company’s new Harris Teeter-anchored shopping center in Wilmington, NC. K38 is a local multi-unit restaurant that has been featured in Rolling Stone Magazine. Its parent company, the live-eat-surf restaurant group, operates a total of five restaurants in the Wilmington area, including two other K38’s, KBueno Mex-Q Grill, Tower 7 in Wrightsville Beach and KBueno Catering.
Founded in 1976, Fleet Feet is the largest franchisor of locally owned and operated running stores in the country with 190 locations in 37 states. It features top of the line running shoes, apparel, nutrition and gear for running enthusiasts. It also holds numerous events for runners throughout the year. This will be Fleet Feet’s second location in Wilmington. Other new commitments:
Great Clips: A hair salon franchise with over 4,100 locations across the United States and Canada.
The Joint Chiropractic: A nationwide network of of chiropractors providing convenient and affordable chiropractic care focused on individual needs and goals.
SNS Nails: A locally owned nail salon specializing in manicures, pedicures and waxing.
