Live Oak Development Breaks Ground on New Harris-Teeter Center
Live Oak Development Company has broken ground on The Crossroads at Independence, a new neighborhood retail center in Wilmington, NC. The center is anchored by a large format Harris-Teeter grocery store (77,679 sf), and will also include a Harris-Teeter fuel station, two 8,000 sf multi-tenant buildings with endcap/outdoor dining options, and two outparcels. Located at the intersection of Independence Boulevard and Carolina Beach Road, the center will serve the fast growing areas of mid-town Wilmington, the Echo Farms redevelopment, and RiverLights along the Cape Fear River.
